Q1. How long does it take from placing order to getting items?
Normally, it takes about 1 month (including delivery). It depends on how many orders we have at your order. So you’re kindly requested to understand that the lead time may be longer or shorter than the normal one mentioned above. So, we will write the lead time on the answer to your inquiry.
Q2. How much is one custom-made Hanko?
It depends on numbrer of characters
【Person's name】 2〜3 characters 33,000JPY, More than 4 characters 45,000JPY
【Company's name, Shop's name】 2〜3 characters 33,000JPY, More than 4 characters 48,000JPY, More than 10 characters 63,000JPY
The price abovementioned includes neither delivery cost nor customs duty.
In case of more than 15 characters or bigger material than 24 mm, we will make a quotation indivisually.
Q3. How can I pay ?
You can make a payment by a credit card. I will tell you the details at your confirmation of the quotation.
Q4. What’s material?
Only wood. It’s a broad-leaved tree ‘TSUGE’, whose its academic name ‘’Buxus microphylla var. japonica’’. Rarely, ''TSUBAKI'' whose its academic name ‘’Camellia japonica'' is used.
